Terms and Conditions

• Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable
• Guest-list may shut earlier than the mentioned time once the venue is full
• Each ticket admits one individual only
• Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets• No refund on a purchased ticket is possible, even in case of any rescheduling. Beware of fake / counterfeit / colour photocopied tickets. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
• Alcohol at the venue allowed for individuals above 21 years of age only
• Artist programming and line-up is subject to change during the event
• Consumption & dealing of narcotics is illegal and those found involved in such activities will be dealt legally and event organizers or venue partner would take no responsibility of the same
• By purchasing a ticket and being present at the event, you agree and give us permission to be photographed and/or filmed and give us permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing material
• In case of cancellation of the event, the event organisers and the venue partner will be liable for refunds or replacement of tickets
• The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions
• Any disputes to be settled under Mumbai jurisdiction courts only
• Sole Right of admission lies on the venue partner and Spot D Event has no involvement in the same
